Schedule your appointment by pressing “Book Now” for the desired service. Receive an e-mail with required forms and consents to be filled prior to the scheduled appointment. If your visit requires a video visit, on the day of the appointment, you will receive a text message with the link for your virtual visit. No application download is required. You may attend the telemedicine session via any computer, tablet or telephone that is camera and microphone enabled. All other services-you will receive a confirmation text/email two days before and the day of your appointment. We know things happen and if you are unable to make your appointment please cancel within 48 hours of scheduled appointment or you will be charged 50% of the booked service and denied all future encounters. Your credit card will be charged the total amount agreed upon between you and the provider. Your provider will send any prescriptions or lab orders following the visit, if indicated.
